What’s the difference between Hub and LOS?
Hub manages the Box’s resources and access. LOS is the browser desktop for Linux machines where it is installed. They are independently delivered parts of the experience.
How does the trial work?
After approval, our team prepares your own hosted Hub for one week of remote use. We confirm your access window and setup instructions. You can then request a preorder or monthly hosting.
Does registration start a machine or charge me?
No. Your request enters review. Staff handle assignment, VM creation or physical fulfillment separately. Prices and accepted terms are confirmed before a payment commitment.
Where does my cloud run?
A shipped Box runs at your home or business under your control. Trial Boxes and monthly VMs run in Lusee-operated hosting. Choose the location and operational arrangement that fits your needs.
Which account do I use?
Your Lusee.ai account uses your email and website password to track requests and manage your service. Your Lusee OS account is the Linux username and password you create on your machine during setup. Opening your Box from lusee.ai does not sign you into it.
When will my request be ready?
Our team reviews availability and confirms next steps. Follow delivery progress in your account; private setup instructions arrive by email. We don’t promise a delivery date or instant activation at registration.
